Army Welfare Trust plans to build, state-of-the-art high rise plaza on Main Boulevard, Lahore. The Plaza is planned with diversified offerings to include. Corporate Offices, Shopping Mall,and hospitality facilities having most modern technologies with foolproof security.
To steer the project, we are looking for a Project Director with the assignment from inception to maturity (3+years) and continued supervision. His responsibilities will be. but not limited to:
Essential
■ Be Highly motivated, interactive with exceptional interpersonal, communication skills and impeccable market repute.
■ Be responsible for planning, management, co-ordination and financial control of the construction and be able to take a project all the way from the design stage through to completion and handover to client.
■ Relevant project experience (minimum 15 years in lead position) in high rise tower at national / international level standards, capable to manage, lead and motivate the Lead Consultant throughout the design and site supervision phases.
Other Qualifications:
■ Demonstrated experience in financial management and requisite knowledge of approval processes in Public sector
■ Experience with audit, legal compliance, and budget development
■ Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree in related field.
Additional
■ Ensuring that appropriate objectives, policies, strategies and plans are adopted for each activity with appropriate budgets, time lines & performance is effectively monitored with professional expertise.
■ Recruit, select and develop team members & consultancy / outsourcing at all levels throughout the Company.
■ Recommend marketing consultancy in order to maximize the Company’s financial resources to ensure financial objectives and benchmarks are met.
■ Report to the Board of Directors on project plans and performance including preparation of annual budget with three year business plan.
■ Ensure that all of project business activities are in compliance with legal, regulatory and company policy, controls and standards.
■ Knowledge and experience in implementation of safety, health and environmental standards aligned with the statutory policies.
